System Acquisition
WFN Strategies develops telecoms procurement strategy and provide acquisition support. We develop critical acquisition strategy, create the necessary procurement documents, and manage the purchasing process from release of the call for bids, through tender evaluation and negotiation of Best and Final Offers, to final contract award.
We provide the system and other infrastructure with a detailed Bill of Materials with budgetary pricing called a Provisioning or Pricing Schedule. For the submarine cable system this may include the physical plant (cable & housings, terminal station equipment, etc.) and services (system engineering, project management, system assembly and test, etc.). We can then negotiate a positive outcome.
