WFN Strategies creates feasibility and desktop studies from which system architectures are developed. We develop system strategy, plan and manage the acquisition process, and then oversee the implementation phase of telecoms supply contracts, including the vital area of developing standards and specifications for system design, construction, and maintenance.
WFN Strategies provides site surveys and owner’s representative support during the process of developing the final system engineering. We analyze customer network requirements and develop business plans that secure project approval and financing, and develop Construction & Maintenance Agreements for system consortia.
Our proprietary e Desk Top Study (eDTS) is a web-based, comprehensive submarine cable investigation tool, providing critical system analysis in an accelerated and cost effective manner. eDTS presents a detailed analysis of the environment in which the cable system can be placed, both on-shore and undersea.
