Project Implementation and Supervision
WFN Strategies implements and supervises diverse projects worldwide, on time and within budget. We develop testing, commissioning and acceptance plans and procedures. We provide QA/QC and customer representation and schedule coordination of vendor activities.
WFN Strategies also supervise marine and terrestrial surveys, civil works, wet and dry plant manufacturing, marine and terrestrial installation, testing and commissioning for system acceptance.
