WFN Strategies Establishes Houston Branch Office

Potomac Falls, Virginia USA - Wednesday, December 30, 2004

With a view to enhancing its commitment to the oil & gas and defense communities, and in concert with CA Richards and Associates, WFN Strategies (www.wfnstrategies.com) recently established a branch office in Houston, Texas.

WFN Strategies (Houston) is responsible for the WFN Group marketing activities for oil & gas, as well as defense clients.  Headed by Business Development Manager - Houston, Les Valentine, the company can better assist and manage local clients, as well as accomplish support of US Navy component customers at Ingleside Naval  Base in nearby Corpus Christi, Texas.

Les Valentine has been involved with fiber optic cable systems since 1988, and has worked with cable manufacturers TYCO Rochester and Alcatel and Nexans Norway, as well as with other major installers and integrators of subsea sensor and telecom systems.

“I am delighted to take up this challenge and look forward to working with friends and colleagues within the industry,” said Les Valentine.  “Times are difficult in our business, but the opportunities are re-emerging for the right projects and players, and the WFN Group, and in particular, WFN Strategies (Houston) are now positioned to assist them.”  (Or something like this)

Les Valentine will be located and supported by C.A. Richards & Associates (www.carichards.com) headquartered in Houston, Texas, and who are now in their 33rd year as a Manufacturers Representative, specializing in Marine Equipment, marketing to Oil and Gas Companies, Service Companies, Government and Academia.
