Biography

Tony Keyser has been involved in the telecoms for over 20 years.  He completed a BA in Marine Transport from the University of Washington, as well as certifications in fiber optic cable jointing and testing from Lucent and International Cable Technologies, Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) engineering guidelines & practices from North American Society Trenchless Technology. and Cathodic protection engineering from Corrpro Industries.  While at Tyco Telecommunications he was responsible for engineering and construction of OSP and NOC facilities, as well as implemented HDD into corporate strategy and designed and authored marine fluorometry monitoring plan for all HDD operations.  He has a primary work experience in civil and marine construction to support transoceanic fiber optic cable systems worldwide, including OSP and NOC facility construction management, terrestrial survey and route selection, author SOW, contractor selection, federal/state/municipal permitting acquisition, budget, scheduling, design and engineering oversight, QA/QC,  technical reporting, installation & testing of FO/power cables.  He joined WFN Strategies in 2006 as Civil Construction Manager.
