Mr. Case joined WFN Strategies in 2009 as Director of Project Management and has been a consultant with WFN Strategies since 2005 as a Project Manager, Cable Engineer, GIS Specialist and Database Administrator, and has managed or supported telecom projects in the Gulf of Mexico, Indonesia, Russia, Caribbean, North Sea, West Africa, Antarctica, Australia and the North Sea. He received a BS in Ocean Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology and has strong project management skills with technical areas of expertise in relational and spatial database development, GIS programming, web application development, network security and IT design. He also has 10 years of at-sea Ocean Engineering experience which includes survey system sensor integration, hydrographic survey, vessel mobilization and all aspects of data collection and product development for hydrographic and cable route surveys. As co-founder and until recently the President and CEO of Zort Labs, Inc, he lead a diverse team of technologists and business managers in building a NH small business focused on providing next-generation internet protection and filtering services for the consumer and small business markets.
