WFN Strategies performs due diligence reviews for a variety of clients in telecom, oil & gas and government/NGO sectors. We conduct financial, technical and quality due diligence activities for business transactions and projects. Our due diligence advice assesses the effect of technical and commercial factors on the value of telecoms projects, from development through implementation, thus validating performance.
It is essential to maintain oversight of all other aspects of the project. Permits, civil construction, network operations and connections to other network providers can easily slip onto the critical path if not monitored constantly. We review these aspects of a project and determine whether adequate measures are in place to ensure that the overall project objectives can be met.
Such activities involve either the performance of source inspection or source surveillance, or the performance of quality duties such as Process Validation Assessment or System Audits with a certain standard of care. Due diligence validates conformance of product provided by the seller to the purchaser.
