Biography
Jim Case is the Database
Administrator for the Center for Coastal and Ocean Mapping at
the University of New Hampshire with overall responsibility for
data and database infrastructure, including servers and
software, including the maintenance of the U.S. Law of the Sea
database for NOAA, while accomplishing his Doctorate. He
received a BS in Ocean Engineering from the Florida Institute of
Technology, and technical areas of expertise are relational and
spatial database development, GIS programming and IT
development. He joined WFN Strategies in 2005 as GIS
Specialist for Database Administration, and has supported
telecom projects in the Gulf of Mexico, Pacific, Indonesia,
Russia, Caribbean, North Sea, West Africa and the North Sea.
